Why did you join RSPA?
URG joined RSPA to expand our partner network with a focus of working with VARs, resellers, and distribution partners in an effort to reach more customers in North America. Many of our products are built on modular platforms to allow our customers to build unique solutions for their specific use-case.

Our company is made up of 9 different robotics companies, some with as much as 25 years experience in the robotics space.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
Automation in general. URG obviously sees a huge opportunity on the hardware side of things in that regard with our focus on robotics, but the software side of it with things such as AI, LLMs, etc. and how they integrate with hardware will continue to make the jobs easier and more efficient for workers and create a better user experience for customers.
