Tri-City Retail Systems deploys and supports MyPOS Connect, a Cloud hybrid POS system used by hundreds of retailers in North Amercia, including Popeye’s Supplements and Zwilling J.A. Henckels.

Why did you join RSPA?
To connect with similar organizations for collaboration purposes, to stay current on industry trends and to discover and partner with non-competing companies that market to the same types of customers.

In one sentence, what do you want RSPA members to know about your business?
We are an ex-Microsoft Retail Partner that now focuses on building long-lasting relationships with retailers by deploying a Cloud-enabled retail management solution hosted and managed by us.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
We are SOC2 compliant and have passed our SOC2, Type 2 audit for security, availability, processing integrity and confidentiality. This may not sound like a fun fact but it differentiates us from our competitors.

What new/existing technologies do you have an interest in learning more about?
Payment technologies leveraging QR Codes. Any 3rd party app that enhances the customer experience at the Point of Sale.

What would you tell other resellers like you about the need to join RSPA?
With the trend toward working remotely, it’s more important than ever to find ways to make human connections. The RSPA offers many ways to make those connections and to solidify lasting relationships with same-minded industry professionals.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the point of sale technology industry?
The fact that eCommerce and the Pandemic have not killed the industry. All but a handful of our customers are still in business and they’re thriving and growing. We’re also seeing an uptick in new customer acquisition.
