In addition to standard touch products hardware, we also offer custom options to meet specific customer requirements.

Why did you join RSPA?
We hope to through RSPA’s platform and exhibitions to better showcase our hardware products in the US market, allowing more customers to know us, and establish solid partnerships with us.

We also hope to learn more about the trends and directions in the retail industry through RSPA, so that our products can stay up-to-date.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
We have a customer who requires a touch all-in-one product with a 6mm protective glass layer on the touch display to prevent the machine from being intentionally damaged during use. Therefore, the product needs to maintain stable touch functionality through the 6mm glass. We customized this machine, making technical improvements to both the structure and touch technology to meet the customer’s requirements. We have been producing this machine for six years, and the customer is very satisfied with our product and after-sales service.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
With the advancement of AI technology and human interaction technologies, touch all-in-one machine are increasingly being adopted across various industries, including retail. In restaurants, we can order food through self-service kiosks, and the kitchen can manage ingredients and cooking through the Kitchen Display System. In shopping malls, products are showcased and ordered via touch all-in-one machines, while at airports, Smart Vending Machines offer beverages and snacks. Hotels use them for check-ins, and companies for meeting room reservations, among other applications. These technologies have greatly enhanced our daily lives and work. Technology is changing the way we live!
