Why did you join RSPA?
We want to expand our reach into the retail environment where our unique accessories such as strong and secure terminal stands, durable carrying cases and protective covers are well suited for challenging conditions during the payment process. From new and refurbished hardware to customized POS accessories, DCCSupply can provide a different solution for each retailer tailored to their business requirements.

What verticals do you serve?
Independent Sales Organizations (ISO’s) and credit card processing agents who sell to end users in the retail and hospitality industries such as restaurants, hotels, cannabis dispensaries, and multilane chain stores. We also provide solutions directly to the merchant.
What products/services do you provide?
New and refurbished payment devices , encryption services, repairs, deployment, same-day shipping services, rentals and software applications. Plus customized accessories including paper, terminal stands, protective covers and convenient carrying cases for numerous wireless devices and protective spill covers which protect payment terminals from spills, scratches, and dust.
Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
We discovered the slogan/campaign “You are Beautiful” which was designed by an artist as a passion project. We hand out stickers with this message at trade shows, send them out with invoices and display a poster in our front office hallway. Our goal is to generate smiles and a reminder that kindness and compassion is important.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The need for customized configuration of in-person payments at check-out persist – merchants must adapt to the latest technology. There will always be room for customized POS accessories and DCCSupply is continuously innovating their product line to keep pace with the latest technology.
