As we witness a rise in the use of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to simplify the shopping and checkout process, we are optimistic about the potential of these innovative technologies. However, we recognize that this evolution in Retail requires an experienced and trustworthy leader to ensure the data environment is secure, detect fraud, and capitalize on scalability opportunities.
