RALEIGH, NC – The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) today announced its staff has transitioned to a 100% remote work environment. The recent sale of the Charlotte, NC, headquarters was the final step to move to a remote office.
Remote work is not a new concept to the RSPA team. The organization’s nine employees across five states have been operating in a majority remote-work environment since 2020 with some employees working remote for nearly a decade. During this time, the RSPA has seen exponential growth, expanding the association to over 700 member companies.
“Working remotely has benefited our team and our community and going fully remote is the next natural step in that progression,” said Jim Roddy, RSPA President & CEO. “We’ve been able to expand our hiring scope to attract and retain talented team members throughout North America. Also, the cost savings from this move and the funds generated from the sale of our Charlotte building will be reinvested to elevate our service and support of the RSPA community and the retail IT channel.”
As always, the RSPA team can be reached via phone or email as needed. All future written correspondences should be sent to our new mailing address:
