RALEIGH, NC – The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) today announced the hiring of Catina Bell as a Member Services Manager. Bell, who has 26+ years of B2B customer service experience, will join the veteran Member Services Team of Sr. Member Services Manager Peggy Fry (4 years with RSPA), Sr. Member Services Manager Nicole Greene (3 years), and Director of Member Services & Marketing Chris Arnold (8 years).
Bell has a long history of specializing in customer retention, process improvement, and data-driven strategies. Previously with Indeed, she led high-performing teams, optimizing customer engagement through strategic planning and scalable solutions. She builds strong client relationships, drives business growth, and delivers tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
