Charlotte, NC “ The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA), the only association dedicated to the Point of Sale technology industry, announced today the launch of its new online Member Business Resource Center. The Center, available on the association’s website www.GoRSPA.org, is billed as an additional member benefit, and will provide RSPA members with a robust information source to help them navigate a variety of business decisions, ranging from industry hot topics to everyday operations.
RSPA, whose mission is to accelerate the success of members within the point of sale ecosystem by providing knowledge and connections, views the site as an extension of its organizational goals. The Member Business Resource Center will provide members with information and tools to assist them in managing a fast-moving and highly technical business environment.
In response to two timely issues currently affecting the industry and utilizing member feedback, the first two resource libraries launched within the Center are Destination: Secure Provider and The Workforce Center. Destination: Secure Provider is focused on providing security-related information and support, including content on the Qualified Integrator & Reseller (QIR) credentialing. The Workforce Center provides education and tools for workforce development and is currently focused on the December 1st effective date of the U.S. Department of Labor’s new overtime eligibility rule.
