TruRating is a value-added application that merchants can use to grow their businesses, learn about their paying customers, and test new initiatives quicker and cheaper than ever before. We work across the ecosystem (ISOs, ISVs, VARs, Acquirers, etc.) to deliver our service in the market. In addition to a revenue share on our services, our partners benefit from stickiness with their existing merchants and increased card processing volumes.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the point of sale technology industry?
The needs and demands on the Point of Sale industry are rapidly changing. Merchants are thirsty for added value from their POS, whether it’s an app to help with employee management or an innovative customer feedback platform. We are encouraged to see the willingness of industry executives to quickly adapt to new ideas and technologies. Always keeping the retailer’s needs at heart when making strategic decisions.
