Bobby Bauer, who has been with bmc for nearly 20 years, has worked his way up through various roles within the company, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication. Leading the new ownership team, Bobby is committed to continuing the legacy of excellence established by his father while driving innovation and growth for the future.
Bob Bauer, who is celebrating his 45th anniversary with bmc, is beginning a gradual transition out of the company as he looks forward to retirement in 2026. Bob’s contributions to the company have been immeasurable, and his guidance and vision have been instrumental in shaping bmc into the industry leader it is today.

Additionally, Bailey Bauer, bringing a decade of experience to his new role, has been appointed Director of Retail Support, ensuring the continued delivery of top-tier service to our clients.
