The updated software incorporates set key and menus with everyday customer-facing processes. Similar to the original software, the companion mobile app will run on any Android tablet using version 5.0 or higher. Upon saving the order, the information is immediately transferred to the register in use and routed to the various printers in the system. Additional features include multiple graphical table maps, splitting checks and items, transferring checks, time and attendance, a biometric interface for fingerprint recognition, among others.
The V-R200, V-R7000 and V-R7100 are Android-based POS terminals highlighted by a 15.6” wide touchscreen in a thin ergonomically-designed cabinet and pedestal. These terminals are designed without a fan, hard disk drive or any movable components to ensure store operations by eliminating common hardware problems business owners can experience with traditional PC-based hardware.
