CHARLOTTE, NC – The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) announced at Inspire 2020 a new Security Training Program available to its members. This updated program will replace the PCI Wise courses with up-to-date materials for member employees.
This series of essential information will train all levels of employees and is customizable to help educate companies both to fill their training needs and possibly prevent future security breaches.
“Employees play a critical role in protecting companies from cyber-attacks,” said RSPA Security Advisor Nathan Sweaney. “Every team member needs to understand their role and responsibility in identifying suspicious activity to prevent the next breach.”.
Each course is made up of five- to ten-minute training videos followed by a short quiz. Course topics include:
- Everyone is at Risk
- Social Engineering
- Passwords and Browsing
- You’ve Been Hacked!
- Physical Security & Insider Threats
- Data Protection, Destruction, and Handling
After successful completions of each course, employees will receive completion certificates. Member companies will be able to request comprehensive reports based on training status and course results of their employees.
