New Education Leader Begins Journey at RSPA

Charlotte, NC – The RSPA is pleased to announce the addition of Kathy Meader as the Vice President of Member Education Services.

Kathy brings a long track-record of success in constructing, launching, and executing Channel Curriculum that drives success for VARs and Vendors alike. Kathy’s experience includes onboarding new sales professionals and sales leadership training to the delivery of service and operations programs that impact the customer experience and the bottom-line.

From 2005 to 2011, Kathy played a material role in fostering an environment that created exponential growth while serving the channel community at Radiant Systems. Radiant was purchased by NCR, in 2011. Kathy continued with NCR in an expanded role until 2015 when she was named Director of Global Channel Operations for Aptean. Kathy brings structure, discipline, creativity, and consistency to the RSPA environment of learning.

Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland and holds a Master of Education Degree from University of Georgia. Kathy will work alongside the existing RSPA team as they deliver on the vision, mission, and trademark together.
