RSPA Continues Growth Path, Announces Staff Promotions

RALEIGH, NC – To help sustain and accelerate the organization’s growth, the Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) has promoted several staff members.  

Peggy Fry and Nicole Greene have both been promoted to the role of Sr. Member Services Manager. Fry joined the association as a Member Services Manager in 2020 with an extensive relationship management background in the finance, fintech, medical, and insurance industries. Greene joined as a Member Services Manager in 2021 with an extensive background in customer service in the hospitality, finance, and fintech industries. Fry and Greene will continue to provide valuable experiences to members and help them build connections within the RSPA community through RSPA White Glove Service. They have counseled hundreds of retail IT VARs, ISVs, vendors, and distributors during their combined seven years serving the RSPA community.  

Chris Arnold has been promoted to Director of Member Services & Marketing. Part of the association staff since 2017, Arnold most recently served as Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships. In his new role, he will work with the RSPA Member Services staff, Business Development staff, and Marketing staff on member engagement, member recruitment, event promotion, and messaging strategy. During his nearly eight years with the RSPA, Arnold has played multiple roles including creating content, managing email campaigns, leading the RSPA Marketing Community, and producing the RSPA Trusted Advisor Podcast  

John Grega has been promoted to Director of Business Development. He joined RSPA two years ago with sales and account management experience in the nonprofit sector. Grega has played a key role in the organization’s growth, helping the RSPA recruit 200+ new member companies in 2023 and 2024. His role is to lead efforts to drive ongoing communication with new member prospects and grow the RSPA community. He specializes in target market development, balancing diverse prospect pipelines, and making data-informed decisions.   

Ayana Scriven has been promoted to Sr. Marketing Communications Manager. Since Scriven joined the RSPA marketing team in 2022, the association has experienced growth in membership, community meeting attendance, RetailNOW attendance, RSPA Inspire leadership conference attendance, and RSPA Scholarship Fund donations. She plays a key role managing RSPA communities, content creation, social media channels, scholarship fundraising at RSPA events, and more. She will continue to work with her RSPA colleagues executing programs focused on demand creation and brand awareness.
