An in-depth survey completed by verified BSM reseller subscribers revealed that Touch Dynamic ranked at the top of the Point of Sale (POS) Hardware Technology category.
Each year BSM conducts this extensive survey, requesting that value-added reseller (VAR) subscribers evaluate their vendor partners on a scale of 1(worst) to 5 (best) in seven categories: service/support, channel friendliness, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation, and adequate VAR margins.
Rankings are determined by combining scores earned in each of the seven aforementioned categories and dividing that number by the amount of VAR subscribers who cast votes. The vendors who score within the top five percent in each surveyed category are awarded with the title of 2016 Best Channel Vendor.
